1. Cookies used directly by Cashback Offer

At launch, Cashback Offer does not place analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies. The static website does not create visitor accounts and does not include third-party advertising pixels.

2. Local browser storage

The consent control uses local storage, which is a browser feature similar to a cookie. It stores one key named cashbackoffer_referral_consent_v1 with a value showing whether you accepted or declined the referral route.

3. TopCashback referral cookies

If you accept and follow the TopCashback referral link, you leave this website. TopCashback may then place cookies or use similar technology to recognise that the visit came through the referral link and to administer the referral scheme. TopCashback controls those technologies and its own policies apply.

4. Declining referral tracking

If you decline, the site can take you to the ordinary TopCashback homepage without the /ref/AsamServices referral path. The website remembers that choice locally. Clicking a referral button later opens the choice panel again so that you can change your mind.

5. Managing your choice

Use the Manage referral cookies link in the footer at any time. You can also clear site data through your browser settings. Clearing local storage will make the consent banner appear again.

6. External website controls

After leaving Cashback Offer, use the cookie controls on TopCashback or any retailer website to manage their cookies. Cashback Offer cannot change or delete cookies set by another domain.

7. Future analytics

If analytics, embedded media, advertising technology or additional third-party services are added later, this policy and the consent controls must be updated before those non-essential technologies are activated.
